except with a (subjectively more ergonomic) split hand layout and an additional up button as a left-handed version.

If a different kind of pcb shall be used, I'd remove the 360+pcb from the case and reduce the price accordingly. Commom pcbs such as the famous Brook brand ones are a direct fit.
