This is a very bright attic apartment on the third floor of a townhouse (without elevator). The apartment is the only one on the 3rd floor. and it has a hallway in front of the front door where there are many shoe racks.
The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a south-west orientation and a view of the backyard.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
Next to the kitchen there is a storage room.
