I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment for May and June while I am away for work.
The apartment has been newly renovated and comes fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. All utilities including Wi-Fi are included.
There are 1.5 rooms split across two levels. Upstairs in the loft is a large 140 × 200 cm bed. Downstairs is the living and working area, including a large desk ideal for working from home.
Large windows on both the east and west sides of the apartment provide plenty of natural light throughout the day as well as good airflow. Thanks to the recent renovation and new insulation, the apartment also stays comfortable during the summer despite being a Dachwohnung/penthouse apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The bathroom has also been newly renovated and includes a modern shower and washing machine.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, so it is best suited for someone comfortable with stairs. In return, the apartment is very quiet, private, and filled with light.
Downstairs there is a shared garden as well as bicycle storage.
I am ideally looking for a responsible professional, researcher, PhD student, or similar who is looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay for these two months. Anmeldung/registration is possible.

The apartment is very well located in the Vahrenwald-List area. There is a bus stop directly across the street, and both the Vahrenwalder Platz and Werderstraße tram stops are within 10 minutes walking distance, so you are just one stop away from the city center and main train station.
Within walking distance you will find multiple supermarkets, pharmacies, and drugstores, including two REWEs and two DMs. Engelbosteler Damm is also about a 10-minute walk away and offers a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and small shops.
Despite the central location, the apartment itself is quiet and removed from the noise of the main streets.
