HR Business Partner/Generalist (m/f/d

) at navabi, your mission will be to create the right “People-Strategy” to ensure that navabi will continue to be one of Germany’s top employers and we have a happy and engaged workforce.

  • By analysing our people KPIs you implement appropriate people initiatives and implement the right processes. 



  • Your know-how makes you a confident partner for your co-workers and the navabi C-level in all questions regarding team organisation and development.



  • As an initiator your actively working on the further development and realisation of formats regarding, e.g. Feedback culture, performance management and employee satisfaction and motivation.  



  • navabi is growing and for that reason the organisation and operative responsibility of recruiting will also be part of your responsibility.



  • The elaboration, continuous optimisation and execution of all HR-processes, that our team is going through is part of your role.



  • By this you have a strong impact on  our team- & organisational structure and are an important part of our business’s development.

WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS



  • You successfully finished your Bachelor or Master studies of Business administration, psychology or in a similar field.



  • Your years of working experience in human resources, ideally in an e-commerce business, are the perfect foundation for your success at navabi.



  • Recruiting talent is one of your strengths and you have good knowledge of growth and change management.



  • First touch points of concepts, such as employee engagement, OKRs and pay systems are of advantage.



  • Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as excellent use of MS Office products and HR Tools complement your profile.
