This unique estate, located on an approximately 12.000 m² large private property, consists of a beautiful park in the front and around the mansion and a forested slope at the back of the mansion. An elaborately worked solid glass door with a wooden frame leads from the entrance area to a passage, which lies between the rest of the ground floor (spacious lounge, spacious office/sitting room, cozy dining room, kitchen and very useful laundry room) and the staircase. The staircase is an absolute eyecatcher with a white marble flooring, a beautiful crystal chandelier and decorated with a hand-made mural depicting vines winding up towards the top of the "tower”. This motif is reflected by the balustrade of the staircase.

Both, the spacious lounge and the sitting room, which is used by the owner as his headquarters/office, are adjacent to an enclosed conservatory looking out on the forest. Whereas the sitting room and conservatory have beautiful marble flooring, the lounge and dining room have wooden flooring. The sitting room/office is equipped with a generous fireplace, whereas the lounge is equipped with an electrically heated fireplace. As the house has an effective central heating, these two fireplaces are however only there to enjoy the delightful cozy atmosphere in the depth of winter, when the forest is white with snow.

In the park, at the back of the mansion, where the cultivated part of the garden borders on the forested part, there is a unique pavilion with a slate roof, where one can sit and drink tea with scones or sandwiches while looking out into the forest. The pavilion is reached by walking down the stone cobble path from the back entrance of the mansion.

The private living area is on the first floor. Here there are three spacious bedrooms, all with a wooden flooring, and two bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a small office/computer room/hobby room, located to the front of the house, which could also be used as an additional storage room or even a walk-in wardrobe.

On the second floor there is a guest suite with a bedroom, its own bathroom, sitting area and small kitchenette. Above the parking garage on the ground floor, there is an open patio, where one can sit, look out at the forest or watch the stars on a clear evening. On the other side of the mansion, reached by crossing across the patio on the first floor, is a further guest suite with its own bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and small kitchenette.

But this is not all that the mansion has to offer. Below the ground floor, there are two more levels. Every country house needs its own wine cellar, and indeed, a spacious storage area is located in the bottommost floor of the mansion. Furthermore, there is a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool in the story below the ground floor. The sliding doors of this swimming pool area can be opened, leading out to a generous patio facing the forested park at the back of the mansion. A unique setting for a private pool party.
