IT Support Engineer - Onsite support at C&A FIT Factory

FIT (Factory for Innovation in Textiles) is where C&A produces jeans.

 

The IT support Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd line support for essential Windows, ERP and CAD systems, ensuring C&A colleagues at the Fit Factory and production systems remain online.

 

You will also work regularly with your Onsite colleagues at the C&A Headquarters in Düsseldorf as well other teams in the IT Infrastructure Domain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge and skills:

* Experience providing onsite IT support.
* Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, IOS
* You are familiar with ticket systems (e.g. Atlassian Jira) and documentation of progress
* Possess a pro-active attitude and commit to delivering service excellence.
* Good knowledge of German and English
