2 Zimmerwohnung im Ostend zur Untermiete, 1.8.2024 bis 28.02.2025

Da mein Freund und ich ein Auslandssemester machen, möchten wir unsere zentral gelegene und sehr gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von Anfang August 2024 bis Ende Februar 2025 möbliert untervermieten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Hinterhaus, hat ca. 64 Quadratmeter und besteht aus zwei etwa gleich großen Zimmern, einer geräumigen Wohnküche, einem großen Bad und einem tollen Balkon. Pro Stockwerk gibt es in unserem Haus nur eine Wohnung, deshalb ist es sehr schön privat und ruhig. Geeignet ist die Wohnung sowohl für eine Person, ein Paar als auch für eine zweier WG. Aktuell steht in beiden Zimmern ein Bett.

Wir möchte unsere Möbel und Küchenutensilien etc. da lassen. Die Wohnung wird also möbliert und komplett ausgestattet vermietet. Genug Stauraum für eigene Klamotten und Gegenstände ist aber natürlich ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und alles, was man sonst so braucht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Frankfurter Ostend, nur ca. 3 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn-Station Ostendstraße und etwa 12 Minuten zur Fuß in die Innenstadt. Außerdem ist der Main direkt um die Ecke. Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt es im Viertel, außerdem ist Sachenhausen nicht weit. Generell kommt man durch die Bahnanbindung, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad überall sehr schnell hin.

Im monatlichen Mietpreis sind die Nebenkosten (inklusive Wlan, Gas, Strom) enthalten.

Nichtraucherwohnung und keine Haustiere.

As my boyfriend and I are spending a semester abroad, we would like to sublet our centrally located and very cosy 2-room flat furnished from the beginning of August 2024 until the end of February 2025.

The flat is located in a small rear building, has approx. 64 square metres and consists of two rooms of roughly the same size, a spacious kitchen-living room, a large bathroom and a great balcony. There is only one flat per floor in our house, so it is very private and quiet. The flat is suitable for one person, a couple or two people sharing. There is currently a bed in both rooms.

We would like to leave our furniture and kitchen utensils etc. there. The flat will therefore be rented furnished and fully equipped. There is of course enough storage space for your own clothes and belongings. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher and everything else you need.

The flat is very centrally located in Frankfurt's Ostend district, just a 3-minute walk to the Ostendstraße S-Bahn station and about 12 minutes on foot to the city centre. The Main is also just around the corner. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood and Sachenhausen is not far away. In general, you can get everywhere very quickly thanks to the good transport links, but also by bike.

The monthly rent includes utilities (including wifi, gas, electricity).

Non-smoking flat and no pets.
